Aliexpress환불방법을 소개하려고 한다. (=알리익스프레스 환불방법)

원래는 알리바바 상담을 누르고

들어가면 하단에 Alibaba와 Aliexpress로 나뉘는데 이중 오른쪽을 클릭하면 됬었는데

자꾸 시스템이 조금씩 바뀌네요 ㅠㅠ

알리익스프레스 용 Live Chat을 클릭을 하면 3가지 항목을 체크해줘야 한다.

잘 생각 안나면 아래 그림처럼 체크해주고 Chat Now 버튼을 눌러주면 됩니다.

Why has my order been frozen???

Default로 Robot과 채팅을 하게된다.

상투적인 대화밖에 할 수 없습니다.

사람으로 전환시켜주려면 몇가지 단계가 필요합니다.

1.주문했는데 아직 오지않은 제품을 Submit 해줍니다.

2. 뭐라 블라블라 써도 얜 동문서답한다. (Robot 이기 때문에)

dispute, LiveChat, I want Live Chat, Fuxx 등등 별지랄을 다해도 말이 안통한다.

깔끔하게 I haven't received my order 라고 치면

하단에 Chat Now 라고 파란버튼이 뜬다.

이제부턴 직원하고 채팅이 가능하다.

60일이 넘어가면 쿠폰 혹은 계좌로 환불조치되며 제품도 그대로 받게된다.

아마 이때쯤 되면 Seller가 뭐 봐달라,,,, 곧 도착할꺼다,,,,, 별소리를 다하는데 그냥 넘기면 된다.

▼예전에는 아래와 같이 입력하면 됬었는데..... 한번에 가능한 옵션좀 만들지......답답하긴하다.

팝업창 닫기 (주문내용들이 pop-up으로 뜬다.)

▲위 그림에서 Unresolved 버튼을 누르고, 파란색 Click here to contact live chat을 누른다.

그러면 Human Chat으로 넘어간다.

주의사항은 채팅때 타이핑이 느리면 채팅이 끝날 수도 있다.

특히 4분동안 말이 없으면 자동 종료되니 유의하자.

어떤대화가 오가는지 간단히 보여주자면 아래와 같다.

주요 내용은 아래와 같다.

ME : Could you let me know how can i make sure i've refunded from the seller ?

Aliexpress :May I have your order number please?

주문번호를 요구하는 경우

사이트에서 My Order로 가면 그간 주문했던 상품들의 Order Number를 확인할 수 있다.

이걸 알려주면 그 제품이 환불처리가 됬는지 아닌지 여부를 알려준다.

please may replace '6000000000' as your actual order number in below link:

http://trade.aliexpress.com/order_detail.htm?language=en_US&orderId=6000000000#fund-pnl

URL에 있는 6000000000을 order number로 바꿔주라는 의미이다.

이것도 여의치 않다면 아래 방법을 택해도 좋다.

Sign into your order list --- Click "View Detail" --- Click "Financial" --- Find "Refund Information" section

아래 주황색 Refund Status를 확인해보면 완료된것을 확인할 수 있다.

알리익스프레스(=Aliexpress) 주문 취소하는 법

View Details 버튼을 우선 찾아야한다. (한번에 cancel버튼이 안보이지 유의하자.)

주문취소는 3일후에 이뤄지며, 환불(=refund)는 영업일기준3~20일가량 소요된다고한다.

영업일이니 주말빼고라고 보면된다.

인터넷뱅킹으로 출금일 체크하고 환불된날 체크해서 금액이 같은가 비교하면 된다.
