Proof of residence (POR) is a proof that you reside at the address you have entered under your personal information. 

It must clearly show your name, address and issuing date (no more than 3 months old).

The most suitable form of POR is a bank statement printed in English. 

Your personal bank should be able to provide one (make sure you black out any sensitive information!). 

A utility bill or government issued document is also acceptable as long as it meets the specified criteria.
