▼집게까지 부식되므로 집게는 반드시 플라스틱으로 된걸 써줘야한다.
Solder Mask가 진하게 되있어야 Etching시 잘된다.
이건 실패작 ㅠ
Air pump :
Thermometer : it lets you know that temperature of the etchant is over 50 celsius degree.
Etchant : mix it with water. The ratio is 1:1.
Heater : it isn't on the photo, it helps convection current(=대류)
The heater must be immersed in liquid
before power is switched ON.
Ensure the liquid level remains above the MIN Water Level mark
while the heater is in operation to prevent damage by overheating.
최저 수위 이상에서 대류시켜야 한다.
안그러면 사진 왼편처럼 벽면이 녹아내릴 수 있다.
(유리관처럼 생겼다고 얕보면 큰일난다. = 인두기보다 뜨겁다고 하면 믿으려나....?)
▼Glass Envelope라고 불리는 장비이며, 제품명은 EPH-20이다.
300W에 해당한다.
